New 20K Maintenance Ramps

Your truck weighs a lot. The new Caliber 20K Maintenance Ramps don't care.

Rated for 10,000 lb per pair and vehicles up to a 20,000 lb GVWR, the 20K ramps are composite car ramps built for the oil change on the half-ton, the brake job on the diesel and the quick look under the Civic. One set, every vehicle in the driveway. Low-profile incline, textured non-slip surface, integrated wheel chocks, no rust, made in the USA.

The problem with most car ramps

Most ramps in the garage fail one of three ways. They're rated for a sedan and flex under a crew cab. They're steep enough that a lowered car or a long front bumper catches on the way up. Or they're steel, and after two winters of salt they're rusting onto the concrete.

Jack stands fix the weight problem but add time: jack, lift, set, lower, repeat on the other side. For a fluid change or an inspection, ramps are the faster, more stable answer, as long as they can take the load.

What the 20K ramps do

10,000 lb per pair, 20,000 lb GVWR. The pair carries the front or rear axle load of a heavy-duty truck, so the same ramps work for a commuter car and a one-ton diesel.

Composite construction. Strong, lightweight and rust-proof. They don't corrode on a wet garage floor, and one person can carry both.

Low-profile incline. The gradual approach angle lets low-clearance cars and lifted trucks drive on without scraping a bumper or air dam.

Textured, non-slip surface. Tires grip on the way up and stay put on top, wet or dry.

Integrated wheel chocks. The chock is part of the ramp, not a separate block you forget. The tire stops where it should and stays there while you work.

Stackable and portable. Nest them for storage or toss them in the truck for the job site.

Who they're for

  • Truck and diesel owners. Oil changes, filters, brake inspections and exhaust work on a 3/4-ton or one-ton, no lift needed.
  • Mixed driveways. One pair handles the car, the SUV and the truck, so you don't need a different set for each.
  • Small shops and mobile mechanics. Light enough to move between bays or ride along to a customer's driveway, and stackable so they don't eat floor space.
  • Farms and fleets. Rust-proof composite holds up in a pole barn or a shop that sees salt, mud and washdown.
  • Trailer owners. Drive a trailer tire up to check brakes, bearings and wiring without unhitching.

Lowered or lifted? The low-profile incline is built for both ends of that range.
